25-Year Limited Shutter Warranty:
All shutters are covered under our 25-year limited warranty, ensuring they are free from defects in materials and workmanship for a quarter of a century. If any issues arise due to defects within this period, we’ll repair or replace them at no cost to you.

10-Year Hardware Warranty:
For all hardware and parts, we provide a 10-year warranty, guaranteeing their durability and performance. If any hardware or parts experience issues due to defects within this timeframe, we’ll replace them at no cost to you.

Three-Year Motor Warranty:
For motorized options, we offer a generous three-year warranty on the motor and motorized components. If there are any defects in the motor within three years of purchase, we’ll repair or replace it free of charge.

Two-Year Fabric Warranty:
We provide a two-year warranty on the fabric used in our custom blinds and shades. This covers defects in material or workmanship, including fading, discoloration, and fraying. If any fabric issues arise within two years of purchase, we’ll replace it at no charge.

Exclusions and Limitations:
Our warranty doesn’t cover damages resulting from misuse, abuse, or improper installation. It also doesn’t cover normal wear and tear or damages caused by exposure to the elements. In case of any damage, please contact us for repair or replacement options.
